A: Best Buy needs to let their customer support (phone and chat reps) understand that when a customer calls to ask about the garage door opener installation, sometimes the customer is referring to the actual motor that lifts the garage door. Unfortunately, my wife had called and I had chatted with different reps who both told us (on 2 separate occasions) that Best Buy would be able to install or replace the motor/lift when in reality - Geek Squad only installs and setups the hub to remotely open the door from an app
