Description
Features
Welcome to 1980's Sweden. A once peaceful, rural setting transformed overnight. The local population has gone missing, and machines of unknown origin roam the streets
Explore this vast open world to unravel the mystery of the invaders, perfect your fighting strategies, and prepare to strike back
Go it alone, or team up with up to three of your friends in seamless cooperative multiplayer. Collaborate and combine your unique skills to take down enemies, support downed friends by reviving them, and share the loot after an enemy is defeated
All enemies are persistently simulated in the world and roam the landscape with intent and purpose
When you manage to destroy a specific enemy component, be it armor, weapons, or sensory equipment, the damage is permanent. Enemies will bear those scars until you face them again, whether that is minutes, hours, or weeks later
Experience a full day/night cycle with dynamic weather effects, such as snowfall, rainstorms, and violent winds, all simulated through the award-winning open-world Apex engine
This world also features complex AI behavior, simulated ballistics, highly realistic acoustics, and a booming soundtrack tailored to the open world
Among the loot, you will find outfits and hairstyles to recreate your favorite 1980s style to take on the machines in style
While some items come with stat boosts and will improve your combat or movement efficiency, others are simply there to let you relive the nostalgic look of the 80s
Some enemies are too powerful to attack head-on. Instead, adopt stealth tactics by moving silently, exploiting the enemy's senses and using the environment to your advantage
Shoot out a light and hide in the shadows, use a blaring boombox to draw attention, or find higher ground to stake out an area
For one to four players

Pretty fun for the most part!
||Posted . Owned for 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I bought this game blindly. I hadn't seen any advertisements nor reviews of this game before purchasing. After about 3 hours of playtime I have to say that I am enjoying it a ton. I did eventually look at some reviews from critics after and I don't personally feel it deserves the low scores. At best I would give this game a 7/10. The only minor flaws I've encountered are the sometimes repetitive missions and robot designs, and the map can be a little unclear at times, but the action is awesome, the weapons look great, the music is cool, the story is cheesy but fun, and the graphics are really good. You can upgrade your character and you find pretty cool parts and attachments for your weapons as you progress. The battles can get intense, and one of the best features in the game is the animation of the fire blast from the weapons. Neat design, makes the game feel a little different than a lot of the other FPS out there. It's a robot takes over the world game set in the 80's. You play as teenagers trying to figure out what's going on. It plays like an 80's SciFi movie. You can play solo or with a group. I definitely recommend playing with friends if possible. Overall if you can find this game at $30 it is definitely worth the price. Worth a pick up and play!

Pretty good
||Posted . Owned for 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.A decent squad based shooter. A little glitchy now and then, but can be a lot of fun even for single players like myself. Interesting alternate history story, and I always enjoy those

Great but buggy
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I really enjoy this game but it's so buggy. There is parts of the game where the mission required you to do something but that thing never spawns.

I had such high hopes...
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Too much mindless wondering. I played co-op online and we couldn't spawn in the same safe house so we spent 80% of our time trying to meet up. It has huge potential but needs major updates.
