Q: How is the quality of the cassette sound? Is it good for both lectures and music?

A: Cassette sounds as good as you would expect. I haven't tried lectures, but music is fine.

Q: Does boombox have an electrical cord or is it solely battery operated?

A: Yes it has an electrical cord for 120 VAC which is how I ALWAYS run mine. Assume this would use up battery VERY quickly. Run mine in my car using an inverter.

Q: Can I use head phones with it?

A: No, this unit cannot be used with headphones.

Q: Does the cassette player have auto reverse function?

A: Hello, The CD Boombox has an Auto Stop Feature at the end of cassette. No auto reverse feature.

Q: What kind of batteries does it use, and how many?

A: AC power input: requires an AC power cable (included) DC battery power: requires 6 C batteries (not included)

Q: where is cd source button located I am not able to get cd to play

Q: Can BCA209B record new audio from the aux in on and stay on CD -R

A: The BCA209B can only be recorded from FM/AM or CD.

Q: Does this CD have a repeat function?

A: Yes, the repeat function is for the CD player only.
