Helpful tips.
A new hearing aid or amplifier can take some time to get used to, especially if this is your first device. Here are some tips to help you during this adjustment period:
- Begin by wearing your new hearing device for short times.
- Be patient — background noises and your own voice might sound awkward at first.
- Practice inserting, removing and adjusting the volume on your devices.
- Contact the manufacturer using the information below if you have questions.
- Finally, use the entire return period to test your new product.
Return policies.
In order to serve our customers best, we have set up two different return policies
depending on the type of hearing product you purchased:
- 60-day return policy for hearing aids
- 15-day return policy for hearing amplifiers
We encourage you to practice wearing your device during the entire return period,
as it can take a couple of weeks to get used to these products.
When you contact a manufacturer, you will be working with a company other than Best Buy. Please review their Privacy Policy. All personal information you provide is subject to that Privacy Policy. Different terms and conditions may apply.
