Refurbished but works great!
I love this laptop. This works really well. I've been using this for nursing school for the past couple of months. And I have not had any problems for something that is refurbished

Scratchs and wrong charger
It was very frustating the way Best Buy delivered me this product. It has scratches and some stains and also they shipped with the wrong charger.
