Descent For The Money
Descent for the money. Just don’t get the Spring Valley installers to put anything in your vehicles. They will break your stuff and lie and say it was already broken. SMH! Super glue left on tailgate after 1st install! Harbison location Technican repaired it and did an excellent job cleaning up their mess!

Instalation problems
Had a problem with the camera not working during the installation that not even the installer could figure out. Upon futher investigation and calling the customer service. The installer was connecting the camera power source to the taillight reverse light per the directions. But on newer rams 2012 or new this power source pulses and would cause the camera to not work. Ended up connecting it to the trailer lights harness and it worked fine. If you plan on purchasing and installing remember to do this or let the installer know.
