Apart from this concert it is excellent product. supports fast charging.

Charges adequately not super fast but very convenient and easy to leave iPhone on it whenever I sit down. And it helps me remember where I put my phone down too lol.

Great Wireless Chargers

Sure it’s only 10w, but it still does the job of charging my iPhone 12 Pro Max very well even with my Mous case on. Plugged one into my usb wall socket and the other into my surge protector with a usb power connection as well. If I decided to move the pads somewhere else in the home, there are two USB/AC plug adapter in the box as well.

Only drawback is if you don’t pay attention when you place your phone down it sometimes doesn’t charge. You have to move it to I assume the “correct” spot.

The device does not lock on to your phone like the mag-safe designs but it does the job for a fraction of the price.

- A:Answer The pad. Lower power wall adapters produce slower charging speeds or, in some cases, don’t power the pad at all. The Qi (chee) 1.2 standard supports charging speeds of up to 15 watts (9 volts, 1.67 amps), but 7.5 W and 10 W chargers are more common right now. iPhones can charge at speeds of up to 7.5 W via regular Qi charging or 15 W with an Apple-certified MagSafe Charger. Many Android phones can do up to 10 W, and some even support 15 W charging (Samsung series 20 and above). 5W chargers are slower. Long story short, you need to know your phones capability to charge (iPhone 7.5 to 15W and Android 10 to 15W). You also need to know the pads capability to charge (i.e. 5 to 15W). And if buying a pad without an included cord/plug, make sure you are providing a cord/plug that provides the juice necessary to power the pad at the level it can handle. I would not try to "overpower" a pad, unless it utilizes technology that limits overpowering. My 2 cents.

- A:Answer If you meant Otter Box case then the answer is Yes. I've never heard of an Offer Box case. I have an iPhone8 with an Otter Box Case and it works great without having to remove the case.

- A:Answer You can only put 1 phone on the charger at a time. But this order comes with two separate chargers, so great deal. It takes probably 1.5 hours to charge, sometimes a little longer.
