Worked well for long road trip to Florida
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. These worked very well. I was impressed that even after power was cut(stopped for gas and bathroom breaks) and restored that the movie picked up where it left off. Screen resolution isn't great; you have to be right on top of it. But, that is the point. The only really negative aspect is that it isn't easy to swap out DVDs. You have to remove it from the harness and open it up all the way, close it and then put it back in the harness. Not easy when on the road with little ones, so I suggest movies instead of 30 min shows.

Works great for my kids in the car for long trips
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This product is one DVD player and two monitors to put on the back of your front seats so your children or whoever can watch video. You can connect other things to the screens like gaming stations but we use it mainly to entertain our kids for long trips. The holders that are provided do not fit well on many seats. But all in all it is very nice. You can also use these in a home environment. Sound is good, Video is good and all you have to do is help your kids decide on that one thing for them to watch. We all know that is an adventure. Another great addition are the included headphones. They work great when you want to listen to music while they are watching video.

Good for the price
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. My family (including 5 year old son) was going on a long road trip and needed to keep our child entertained to maintain our sanity. We went into the store and they had this model and 2 or 3 others in stock. One of the other products was an unknown name brand and this one was priced reasonably well so we decided to get it. The setup didn't go as planned since my car's headrests are tapered toward the top, thereby making the straps slide off, but I was able to rig it to work ok. The system works as advertised. The only negative is that you have to undo the straps that attach the DVD player to the headrest in order to change discs - something a passenger can easily do (although can be frustrating when your child changes his mind several times about what movie he wants to watch). There are better systems out there, but for a relatively inexpensive version that's not custom installed, this one works fine.

Great Quality for the Money!
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I would have rated this product 5 stars if it was easier to change the disk. Other than that the overall quality is pretty good. If you are not using headphones or your vehicle's auxiliary jack, the volume seems to be very low even turned all the way up. If you are not concerned about hiding power wires and wired headphones, this just may be the cheapest alternative to professionally installed aftermarket dvd players.

So far, so good
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. We got this when we replaced our vehicle that had a built-in DVD player, but didn't want to spend almost $1500 for it on the new one. The display is good enough for the kids (they just want to be able to watch something on long trips). The design and layout of the control buttons are the main reason we chose this one over the other ones available. They're big enough to make it easy for the kids to control. The only issue I have is with the headrest mounting design. The mounting straps wouldn't exactly work the best with the shape of the headrest, so we used the headrest straps to mount it to the headrest support posts at the bottom instead of running the straps around the headrest itself (which is the way we prefer it anyway). Also, the front edge support strap design makes it a little cumbersome to change out the disc as they have to be undone first to open the player. We just don't use them on that one (just the back straps). It is fine for the display-only monitor.

Great for long trips, multiple kids.
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This DVD player does exactly what we need it to do, but the volume is a little on the quiet side. Plugging in headphones (we use a splitter because we have three kids) seems to address that, and we don't have to hear Winnie the Pooh a dozen times over. I like the feature where it picks up exactly where it left off. Good for rest stops and accidental power interruptions.

overall great product
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The DVD player is a great system. My son loves watching movies on road trips and it mounts easily on head rest. The volume is not that loud at highway speeds but I just used the aux plug on our stereo and put all the sound to the rear speakers in the car. My son is not old enough to use the headphones yet. For the price this was the best dual screen player.

Works well and keeps the little ones entertained
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. We knew it would not play BluRay when we bought it and BB doesn't offer one that does (not sure if anyone makes one). It would be nice if it did, not because the picture quality matters but because several of our BluRay disks do not have DVD copies. The employee that helped us implied that pretty much all BluRays come with DVD copies. When we went home and checked we found that the majority of the ones we have don't have DVD copies. It is nice that even after days of not being used it will start a movie where you left off. Overall, this product does what we expected it to do and we are happy with it.
