Walk through business location with customer to determine optimal Wi-Fi coverage.
Confirm that all required LAN ports and power outlets are within reach of the POS Terminals, and easily accessible.
Perform pre-installation site survey and review scope of work with client.
Confirm that services purchased meet client needs and expectations.
Make recommendations for additional solutions based on client needs and expectations.
Perform (60 minutes, +45 minutes per additional POS Terminal)
Setup of the Pre-Configured router and switch from REVEL
Client must already have an active Internet connecting active

General iPad demonstration
Transaction processing Revel Application refresh
Guide client through network Tips & Tricks, power cycling steps, and ensuring connectivity for all devices.
Ensure services rendered meet client expectations.
Provide client with receipt and notes, via email or printed copy.
Educate client on how to engage Geek Squad for future support and provide Agent contact information.
