Great when connecting multiple devices

Ive used the HDMI port, Ethernet port, and USB ports. Also works with my Motorola stylus g phone. Only drawback is when you plug your charger into it there seems to be some sort of power lose from the plug.

Great product for newer laptops

It came with only one adaptor to convert the newer USB 3.0 to the older type of USB port. I used all the features without any issue. What I like the most is that it is well built and it comes with everything needed for connecting a laptop to other devices. It is easy to connect cables to the different ports. I connect the HDMI to my TV and to a secondary monitor. With HDMI at 1080p worked with my TV, which is not a 4K. This is my first time using this type of product on newer laptops with USB 3.0 port. After many uses without issues, I recommend this product.

Perfect for Steam Deck!

Its got a nice build quality that keeps it safe in a backpack and my usb mouse and keyboard work great too.

Guess what... I found it after long research! The key was the charging port could not be next to ethernet. I found i5create so I said why not try it after about 5 other devices. Guess what... Not all ports work

I want to return it but feel it’s too late at this point as I’m looking to buy another brand and hopefully with all the ports working. The USB C on mine doesn’t work at all. But if you like u should buy.

- A:Answer No, because the JCA374 requires a driver for Ethernet connectivity it will not; we do have other plug and play devices that will and for that information, we recommend contacting support on the packaging and someone will be able to recommend the right device for your needs.

The j5create - 2-Port USB 3.0 Hub with HDMI and Gigabit Ethernet USB Type-C Adapter (JCA374) is compatible with Windows, macOS, and Chrome OS computers that support the following features over USB-C: USB 3.0, DisplayPort Alt Mode, USB Power Delivery. Unfortunately, the JCA374 is not compatible with the Nintendo Switch. While the Ethernet port on the JCA374 will be compatible with the Nintendo Switch, the HDMI output will not work.

Q: QuestionI want to add two external monitors to a Dell Latitude 5410. I can connect one monitor to the existing HDMI port on the Dell. Will this provide a 2nd HDMI port that I can then use to extend the desktop? I'm only interested in running 1080p. Thanks.

- A:Answer Yes, it appears the Dell Latitude 5410 does support DP alt-mode (Video output via USB-C), therefore the JCA374 will output an additional HDMI monitor for you on top of the built-in HDMI port.

- A:Answer That would be in Power Options > Additional power settings > Choose what closing the lid does > click on the drop-down menu "When I close the lid:" and change the selected option for "On battery" and "Plugged in" to "Do nothing". Select Save Changes.
