A: Hello gary - The Jabra Connect 5t can be paired with your laptop using Microsoft Swift Pair but they are not certified for use with a softphone system like Microsoft Teams. For example, you may be able to send and receive audio; however, the buttons on the earbuds may not work for Teams call controlling the way they would with a smartphone.
A: While I can't speak specifically for these earbuds my newer 8T actives do charge with other charging pads. Hopefully this is hopeful to you whereas I would think that job products would follow suit across the board.
