KitchenAid Slicer Work Great…
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed.I bought this for myself as a Christmas gift to add to my other KitchenAid attachment. It was a little difficult but once I kept doing trial and error. I can say it master it and love it….Rule of thumb don’t give up on the first try.

Expensive way to slice a vegetable !!!
||Posted . Owned for 1 year when reviewed. My mom always used a knife or a peeler. But NOOOOO, not my wife. She has to spend $250 on a mixer with a paint job better than on my car, and the $100 for each attachment (yes, there's more than this one). Like we're made out of gold or something. But I love her and she get's out of my hair when she's playing around with this thing until she sees something else on Facebook she just has to have. Good luck....

Once you get it put together it’s a breeze to use
||Posted . Owned for 4 months when reviewed. Finally used the KitchenAid Vegetable Sheet Cutter. (I don’t have a lot of time to do a lot of cooking.) Had a little bit trouble figuring out how to put it together because the instructions are not extremely detailed. Tried to get the instruction video on KitchenAid website, but the website didn’t recognize the product. Once I figured out how the blade attachment fits in, it was a breeze to use and I quickly got the zucchini sliced.

Kitchen aid mixer
||Posted . Owned for 5 months when reviewed.I haven't even used it as of yet, BUT, I had a Kitchen aid mix, kitchen center with a blender attachment, food processor attachment and meat grinder attachment that I got as a wedding gift back in October of 1979. The motor finally bound up in about October of 2019 which means it lasted for forty years. SO, this one will probably last for even longer then the rest of my life. It is a great brand and that's why I bought another Kitchen Aid brand mixer.

Nice Accessory
||Posted .This accessory is interesting in its potential. Sweet and regular potatoes work well with this attachment and are great for casseroles, air-fried chips, baked wraps, and more.

Q: QuestionWould this work on frozen or defrosted chicken, to get extremely thin chicken slices (for hot pots or soup)? If not, is there a different product that would work better than careful use and a good knife?
Asked by Georgiabaker.
- A:Answer Hi Georgiabaker, The Vegetable Sheet Cutter Attachment is not capable of thinly slicing meat. We recommend a food processor with the slicing disc attachment.

Q: QuestionDoes this peel things like apples and potatoes?
Asked by CindyDFW.
- A:Answer Yes. Think of it as a mechanical vegetable peeler. I would not recommend "soft" fruits or vegetables.

Q: QuestionHi, Has anyone used this attachment to make eggplant sheets or do you know if it'll work? What about the core of zucchini which is full of seeds; can you make sheets of that part too? Thanks.
Asked by Alesss.
- A:Answer The zucchini core stays on the middle, it does not sheet that part. I take the cores and put them in the processed attachment. You can YouTube these attachments to see demos and ideas.
