Features
Picture-on-Wall design
So thin and light it attaches directly to the wall. Allows the television to lay virtually flat so it seems to blend with the wall and disappear.
Perfect Black & Cinematic Color
LG OLED pixels create their own light, and can switch off to achieve truly perfect black levels with zero light bleed, providing the ideal foundation for displaying the lush, vibrant color.
A billion rich colors
The availability of a billion rich colors gives the TV a palette 64 times broader than conventional televisions, to reproduce images with far more subtle and precise gradations, for a more lifelike picture.
Active HDR with Dolby Vision
Analyzes and optimzes HDR10 content scene-by-scene for an even more striking, more breathtaking High Dynamic Range experience.
It also supports Dolby Vision and the backward-compatible HLG HDR standard, assuring the most HDR content.
webOS Smart Platform
webOS brings together popular streaming video apps, such as Netflix, and gives you access to more than 70 free premium Internet channels through the LG Channel Plus app.
64.5" screen (measured diagonally from corner to corner)
Large enough to provide an immersive experience for everyone in the room.

Watch high dynamic range (HDR) content on your TV
With an HDR-compatible 4K TV, you can enjoy HDR movies and TV shows, in addition to all your current content.
Smart TV with access to streaming services for countless entertainment options

OLED TVs perform well in all lighting conditions
They offer an extremely high degree of color accuracy, wide viewing angles and a picture that is virtually blur-free.
Wide viewing angles
Rather than force viewers to crowd into the narrow LCD "sweet spot" position for optimal picture quality, the cinematic color and infinite contrast of LG OLED TV hold up even from wide angles.

Straight from state-of-the-art theaters to the home, Dolby Atmos creates sound that can appear to come from anywhere. With LG OLED TV, audio becomes an incredibly realistic, immersive experience.

Great
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I bought the OLED65WP in August 2017. After just three weeks, I got three columns of pixels that went black from top to bottom of the screen panel (OLED Module). I was shocked that this happened with my $8,000 TV so soon after purchase. However, LG replaced a malfunctioned electrical board in the Companion Box (AOI Box) that fixed the problem. Appearance: The thickness of 3.8 mm is incredible, and it looks awesome from every angle. The Companion Box (AOI Box) is extremely ugly because it’s too big. It should be 1/3 its size. Screen Quality: The Perfect Black feature is amazing, and it makes the picture quality outstanding. Another feature that is amazing is the HDR technology that makes the picture brighter and the white colors brighter. Overall, the picture quality is the best in the market, even better than any other manufacturer. I sit at an optimal distance of about 8 ft from the screen panel for best experience. Sound Quality: I don’t know about the sound of the unit because I use my 5-speaker Bose system. In summary, I love this TV, but the Companion Box is extremely ugly. The Companion Box is too big. Anyone buying such an expensive TV will likely buy a premium sound system to go with it, so the LG sound systems is useless and too ugly.

Not worth the money
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. For sure this is a neat unit... heavy TVs are, well, too heavy. But this price is introductory gimmickry for the rich and gotta-show-off crowd. Don't waste your money. The price will drop severely in the future. CONS: (1) It sits flat on the wall---thus, you can't tilt or adjust the viewing angle. This is a BAD thing, not a good one, unless your room and seating is designed for this setup. (And a capable carpenter could effectively flush mount any flat screen for the same effect). (2) The too-short cable doesn't make a lot of sense, and tethering the pricey unit to a sound bar also makes little sense---buyers who can afford this unit would certainly have a much better surround system already. I'd personally prefer to have a very light weight (3-10 pounds) panel that mounts on a traditional tilt/swivel mount. The "cool" factor doesn't outweigh the price and loss of adjustable viewing angle. And I'd bet the picture isn't equal to much cheaper units. That said, I'm excited to see this thin technology finally hit the market and I look forward to better and cheaper iterations in the future.

Drool-Worthy Screen
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Although I have only had this tv for about a week, I have to say that this tv has the best looking picture of any tv that is currently on the market. OLED technology has come a very very long way. The details are crisp and stunning, and the blacks look like dark matter. The only competition for this tv is the Sony A1E (http://www.sony.com/electronics/televisions/a1e-series) which is also a 4k OLED TV and costs $6,500 for the 65". So if you're in the market for a TV and this is within your budget range, you cannot go wrong with this or the A1E. I will finish by saying that while this tv has the coolness form factor, the A1E comes with Acoustic Surface technology, which means the sound is produced by the screen. You have to experience it. It's very cool. Good luck with your purchases!

Amazing Near Paper thin Oled.
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. For those that are unaware this TV is basically a poster that you hang on your wall, all the guts for it are located within the sound bar which are connected by a ultra thin high def ribbon that would feed through the wall from the sound bar to the TV. The TV is mounted on the wall with two key loops that you slide the TV down on, and the bottom of the TV has a BUILT in magnet that connects to a strip on the wall that makes it look flush with the wall making it look like a poster infused into the wall, SO NEAT!
