Q: Is it a standard 220 plug like this one?
A: There are instructions for installing a 3-prong 240V cord in the manual. I think of four prong is preferred, but it's pretty easy to put the 3-prong on. I believe it's just moving one wire from the body to the middle ground prong.

Q: Dryer dries everything too hot. Does it not sense the clothes are dry and shut off early?

Q: Does this dryer have a light inside?
A: bummer that there is no light in this LG dryer. our replaced 14 yr-old Whirlpool Cabrio model had a light and the drum was painted white. my "workaround" for this LG model, as shown in the pics, is to use our handy magnetic flashlight that can be folded in different positions, and it has a hook for hanging on the closed dryer door to see the clothes while drying. using the flashlight after the load is done while retrieving clothes is the most useful and practical. what's the point of watching clothes as they tumble? what, are you afraid some of the socks will mingle with other clothes, or hide against the wall to make a quick break when the door opens :-)

Works good.
just got it 30 days ago. Large capacity so it hold a lot. Works good. No complaints except, there's no inside light. Had to wait a month for the washer to come in, but that's on Best Buy.

Amazing
Review of Dryer LG 7.3 I’ve been using the LG Dryer for a 5 months and it works great! It dries clothes quickly and evenly, without overheating or shrinking them. Awesome Dryer!
This dryer is awesome. This dryer has many different options for drying all types of items. There are settings for towels and sheets. Settings for all delicate items and settings for regular clothing like shirts, pants, etc. Sometimes I forget I left some T-shirts in the dryer, so I used the refresh dry feature (for 20 mins) and they were fresh and wrinkle free! There are many heat settings to meet any drying needs. They also have a fresh air setting that I haven't had a chance to use yet, but I can't wait to try it soon. I would highly recommend this dryer to anyone. It is large inside for blankets, etc. I have already told many of my friends how happy and easy to use this dryer! Don't hesitate to buy. You won't be disappointed! Karen K
