Little work-horse
||Posted . Owned for 2 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Loving this little work horse. My hands get cold really fast especially when I am on the computer. I have this set up on the desk top and wow, it works fantastic.

Great little heater!
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I love this little heater!! Perfect when you just need to take the edge off the cold. It’s nothing special or fancy but it gets the job done! It does tend to concentrate heat in one spot about a foot in front of it so be mindful of that. But with it doesn’t take much to figure out where it’s best placed in relation to you (and other objects).

It will heat 6 inches away, but not much more
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. Can I say cockles, as in warm your cockles by the fire as the Brits say(I think)? Well, this might be good for that, maybe, but not much more. Because of the compact size, simple design, look, and especially the low power usage, 350 watts, I really wanted to like this heater, but I don't. I live in Hawaii, and while mainlanders may laugh at me for saying such things, but relatively speaking, there have been more than a few cold days here, for us that's high 60s, low 70s, and windy, and we've also had quite a bit of rain this past month. I was hoping this small heater would be good enough for personal use and not run up my electric bill which is about 50 cents per kilowatt-hour, but honestly, it's not. I read something about the amount of power recommended to heat a space, and it was 10 watts per square foot, or something like that, so I figured this would at least be good for a small "personal space" of 3 feet by 3 feet or 4' x 4', but it's not. In reality, it only puts out significant heat about 6 inches from the unit itself, so you need to be right next to it to feel anything, which isn't really practical; personally, I don't want to be that close to a heat source. I'll just say that I've put this thing on my computer desk and right next to my bed, and sadly, it does next to nothing. As I said, you pretty much need to be right up on it, less than six inches away, to feel anything; it won't heat even a small part of a room after an hour. I'll just say in closing that although the wind is gusting outside as I write this, and to me it is fairly cold, my thermometer says 75.4 F (yes, to me that's cold), I'm not going to run my heater as I try to sleep because that would just be a waste of electricity and money as the heater would not make any difference in my comfort, it's better to just wear a sweatshirt and socks on my feet to try to keep warm.

Good for small areas
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Bought this heater due to the bad winter we Texans aren’t acustom to. Just needed a small compact heater for the added restroom. It warmed it up nicely. It has a safety sensor on the bottom that needs to be flush on any surface in order for it run.

Awkward and hot
||Posted . Owned for 1.5 years when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Got this to replace my desk heater that went missing. Only 1 temperature setting and its really hot. And really loud. The anti tip lever on the bottom is very sensitive so I couldn't angle it down properly to blow toward my fingers and keyboard. Would probably be good on the floor because it is a hot heater.

Q: QuestionHow do you turn it on and off, is there a button? I assume there's only one heat setting, meaning no HIGH/LOW, basically, just ON/OFF, correct? How large a space will it heat? If I'm 8 feet away, will I feel it, or do I need to be like 2 - 3 feet away?
Asked by Ceruleanveritas.
- A:Answer There’s one on/off button—one setting only. I’ve noticed it will eventually heat up a small room, but for immediate warmth you do need to be close to it.
