Q: Does your thumb and forefinger hurt after gaming a few hours?
A: No, it fits in my hand surprisingly well (because it doesn't really look like it would) and I have fairly big hands. The buttons on the side are in just the right spot for your thumb so you don't have to move it too far out of position to reach them. I have gamed for longer than a few hours and usually my wasd keyboard (left) hand will get tired before my mouse hand.
