Great for the money, but one flaw, comfort.
||Posted .The sound signature for watching tv is great, but they rest on top of my ear lobs, creating pain enough that I had to give these to my wife (she did not have a issue with) and bought another brand for myself. The speakers are too shallow, and/or the ear pads are not deep enough to make comfortable for me. For the money, they seem like a great deal. I wound up buying Sennheiser's PX550's which turn out to a better fit for me.

Crisp, smooth sound!
Posted .What can I say... These headphones are absolutely amazing. After receiving my headphones I plugged it right into my computer and tested it out with music. The bass is at a great level, and the sound couldn't be any crisper. I also tested it on my TV, and this Cinema feature is AWESOME!!! The dialogue from the movie I was watching provided such a clear voice. It was as if the person was in my room!!

Hearing great
||Posted .I am hard of hearing and had a hard time understanding the words on tv but since I got these headphones I really hear better. I had to call Samsung at first because I couldn’t get the volume on both the headphones and the tv at the same time so my husband could hear at the volume he wanted but now we both get to listen the way we want. I love them.

Immersive sound with Effective Equalizers
Posted .I was drawn to these headphones initially because of their 30 hour battery life and was curious to see if that would hold up. The unit comes packaged with a compact carrying case and I thought that was a very welcoming bonus. Set up was a breeze as these were in pairing mode as soon as they booted up. My favorite features have to be the sound quality range and how they isolate noise. I can barely even hear my wife vacuum, it's very easy to zone out in these. I like to keep mine in my media room , but they work extremely well at a gym. The four equalizers have their own button so it's very easy to use and notice the effects it has. My favorite is the bass boost obviously for music but the two video EQ's also change the feel of what your watching. After a three days of heavy use they're at 30% which is very impressive considering how loud i have these running.

Posted .The worst headphones ever ! The headphones have broken on Left ear side again for the third time for no apparent reason the headphone do not leave my living room I use them to listen to my TV at night. I am finding this to be very annoying and frustrating. Had two replacement pair and they have broken again for the 3rd time I have had it with these HP

- A:Answer It depends. If your TV has bluetooth capability then that is all you need. If it does not then you need to buy their separate component that plugs into the audio output plugs and acts as a bluetooth adapter.

Q: QuestionIf this is paired with my Bluetooth for watching television will I be able to watch with my family? Will I be able to hear thru the headphones and they be able to hear the television also??? Can’t seem to figure out how to do this

- A:Answer It depends on the TV. If it is a model that has bluetooth already built in you are fine. If not then you need to buy the adapter that plugs into the audio plugs on the back of the tv.

Q: QuestionHead phones shows fully charged but it’s not working. What can be done?

- A:Answer Unfortunately there is not enough information here for a concrete recommendation - if the headphones are not powering on at all, that could be a problem with the battery or the charging cable/power source. If they are not pairing or reconnecting to your device, that would probably require a software reset. To do this, slide the power switch to the "on" position, then press and hold the Multifunction and CinemaEAR buttons for 5 seconds at the same time. You will then need to pair the headphones with your device. Lastly, if the headphones are powering on but freezing, you can perform a hard reboot. To do this, slide the power switch to the "on" position, then press and hold the Multifunction and Volume up buttons for 5 seconds at the same time. Slide the power switch to the off position and then back to the on position to complete the reboot. If you have any additional questions, please contact our support department at 626-965-1008 and they will be able to help narrow down the solution for you.
