Customers highly value the Surface Laptop 4 for its exceptional battery life, lightweight design, and comfortable keyboard. Many users appreciate its portability and long battery life, making it ideal for students and everyday use. The laptop's sleek design and user-friendly interface also receive positive feedback. However, some customers express concerns about the limited RAM (8GB).
I love this laptop so much, it's the perfect size and the velvet pattern on the keyboard makes it feel so luxury. I'm upgrading from an old Acer and I wanted something with the build quality of a MAC but on a Windows OS and this is the perfect mix. Pros: Luxury Feel, Face-ID to Unlock, Touchscreen, Speakers get really loud, Sturdy Keys, Backlit keyboard. Cons: Luxury price point, No SD card slot, No HDMI port, Only one USB A port, Camera is meh. The cons are not that big of a deal for me but it is important to note before you buy and these things are essential to you. Other than that, no complaints.

Overall good computer for a college student. Only mildly frustrating to use but thats mostly on me, switched from chrom to windows. No issues with storage or transferring any files. The charger is kinda flimsy. Its thin and slightly magnetic but doesn't really stay plugged in if you're moving around with it. I did figure out the computer will take a type-C cord charger though, which stays plugged in when moving around. The screen is a lot bigger then I'm used to, so the text is a bit smaller but its honestly not a big deal. Photo of it opened with the keyboard light on, easy to use and see keyboard when working late :)

A fantastic laptop, I use it for school and it can last multiple days with no charge. Handles all the functions I need (stem major, not comp sci) and can even handle draining games like Roblox.
