My First Xbox Ever ! Why did I wait?
|Posted .Owned for 2 months when reviewed.Features
Quality5 out of 5Value5 out of 5Ease of Use5 out of 5Well I would have never thought that I would be owning an Xbox Series X in my lifetime. (I’m 65 yrs old but feel like an 18 yr old playing these games ) And i’m glad that this being my first Xbox that I made a very wise decision. I haven’t played any video games since Mario Bros came out for nintendo 64. Quite a few years ago for sure. The graphics and action that this Xbox puts out is unbelievable. Fast rendering and smooth scrolling is beyond anything i’ve ever seen or played on. Also one thing that I enjoy is the fact that with game pass in the Xbox Live that I can play games at a minimum monthly fee. My all time favorite right now is F1 2020. I love all types of racing but this one knocks it out if the park. Finally i’d just like to say is that if you can get your hands on one of these bad boys. Be prepared for a lot of lack of sleep, You’ll be glued to that screen all night. I know that I have been.

Console dad life and I couldn’t be happier.
|Posted .Owned for 1 week when reviewed.Features
Quality5 out of 5Value5 out of 5Ease of Use5 out of 5After being a computer gamer for forever. I became a dad and needed a console to fill my gaming habits. I immediately bought a one X and loved it. After getting an lg oled C9 I knew I wanted to make the jump to the series x or ps5. I ended up getting the series x and I’m so glad that I did. Everything plays amazing! I didn’t think it was going to be such a large improvement graphically and performance wise, but it truly is. If you own a tv that supports 120fps I would buy the series x in a heartbeat. I’m beyond excited to see the future of true next gen games in a year or two. If you don’t have a top of the line tv. I would wait a year or so and upgrade your tv before upgrading to the series x so you can get the full benefit of wait this amazing system can can give, but either way upgrading to it now or later you simply won’t regret it.

Next Gen Gaming at its Finest
|Posted .Owned for 1 week when reviewed.Features
Quality5 out of 5Value5 out of 5Ease of Use3 out of 5So far I can say this Xbox series x has been the best purchase I’ve made in a really long time as far as tech goes. This device is really ahead of its time Very easy to use and setup The graphics are amazing The user interface is going to take some time for me to get used to coming from PlayStation But I honestly think the Xbox series x gets the job done. Extremely quiet while running games. The quick resume option will come in handy when you have more than three games and want to switch seamlessly from game to game and continue where you left off. The controller is solid love the color Remember to buy rechargeable batteries and a solid head set to pair.

Buttery Smooth Goodness
|Posted .Owned for 2 months when reviewed.Features
Quality5 out of 5Value5 out of 5Ease of Use5 out of 5I’ve had the this game console since January, so now I feel like I can write an honest review. Pros: Quick and easy setup! My old Xbox games are still compatible with the new system so are the old Xbox controllers! Load times are a thing of the past. The games are ready to go as soon as I turn on the system. Graphics are very sweet. I have the Xbox connected to my Sony Bravia 4K with a JBL Dolby ATMOS sound bar. Let me tell you what an experience!!! Well until the wife tells me to lower the volume. Again the 4K graphics a buttery smooth. So clear , colors so vibrant. And the 3D spatial sound it produces adds to the experience. Expandable Storage is a welcome feature also. Since these new games take up lots of space the onboard 1TB will quickly fill up. The online service is same as always. I recommend connecting your XBOX via hard wire for a better experience. CONS: Price. It’s pretty steep at $499. But if you can afford it then it’s a very nice multimedia investment. In closing, my kids love it , the wife don’t mind it and I can squeeze a game sometimes then it’s a win win while we wait for the world to open up again.

Best Console on the Market!!!
|Posted .Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed.Features
Quality5 out of 5Value5 out of 5Ease of Use5 out of 5I was one of the lucky ones that was able to purchase this amazing Xbox Series X about 2 weeks when they were in stock for a brief moment since they usually sell out within the first minute unfortunately. Anyways, I picked it up after waiting to have it shipped to my closest store which was about 1 1/2 hours away but it was well worth it for this BEAST of a machine! It’s absolutely amazing and flawless! Fast loading games and the graphics are out of this world when it compares to other new consoles (not PC’s lol) on the market! If you get lucky enough to purchase one, then you’re in for a wild ride of FUN! My son loves it so much as well. Thanks Best Buy for the steps you are taking to keep BOTS/SCALPERS from buying them all in one go. I like how that process went when purchasing it via online. But anyways, you will not go wrong in deciding to purchase this console. It’s the King of Consoles at the moment. If you are reading this review then please trust that my review is accurate and I have no reason to lie. I hope you get lucky and are able to pick yourself up one!

A great piece of hardware.
|Posted .Owned for 1 month when reviewed.Features
Quality5 out of 5Value5 out of 5Ease of Use5 out of 5After spending an entire month with my brand new Xbox Series X, I have to say that this console is such a great piece of hardware. The Xbox Series X has lived up to, all of its hype surrounding the new console back when it was revealed at the Game Awards 2019. With that said, the console is whisper quiet even while playing graphical intensive games like, Gears 5, Red Dead Redemption 2, Resident Evil 2: Remake, it doesn't matter...it's super quiet. The best part about the Xbox Series X is, the massive backlog of games it has due to Microsoft's dedication to Backwards Compatibility as well. And not only do older Xbox and Xbox 360 games look better, but they get a huge boost in loading and overall performance. With that said, the new Xbox Series X so far has made a first great impression on me, and I believe that the console and its games is only going to get better in the near future. Also, with the reveal of new games in development such as Avowed, Bright Memory Infinite, Fable, Halo Infinite, Perfect Dark, Scorn, State of Decay 3, etc. I think this new generation of Xbox is going to, absolutely deliver great first-party games to their fans across the board.

It's a MONSTER!
|Posted .Owned for 2 months when reviewed.Features
Quality5 out of 5Value5 out of 5Ease of Use5 out of 5It's a monster I hope everyone reading these/this gets one soon I couldn't imagine not having mine. If your strictly a console gamer welcome to a playing games the way they've been meant to be played. The backwards compatibility features will keep you plenty entertained till games actually start dropping. The tech definitely trump's the PS5 (I have both not rubbing it in just letting it be known I say this from experience) backwards compatible games that aren't optimized still get a little something sometimes a lot on XBSX. Now on to the good stuff optimized games put you close to PC gaming Destiny 2 for instance at 60FPS increased FOV and 120FPS in crucible you will notice immediately and be mad your just now experiencing the game that way and instantly understanding why PC gamers have been obnoxiously trolling you in threads. The thing is whisper quite and I've yet to get the thing even remotely hot which isn't a feature but let's me know it isn't even bring remotely pushed even on a optimized game so the future is looking bright there. Also console only players welcome to the SSD no more waiting forever for games to load which gives you more to play the game instead of lose your patience I'm talking to you Elder Scrolls online.

Amazing Machine
|Posted .Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed.Features
Quality5 out of 5Value5 out of 5Ease of Use5 out of 5First the Bad: No changes to the UI, controller is good but nothing much change. The Good: This system is amazing, whispering quiet amazing fast and the HDR (High Dynamic Range) ooooh wow the HDR. I was playing immortals Fenyx Rising on my previous console the One X and when I downloaded the patch for the series X I could immediately tell the difference but it wasn’t until I loaded up Darksiders 3 from last Gen that I was convinced. The series X not only is a graphical powerhouse smooth machine but it makes last Gen games look and perform 100% better. Can’t wait for current Gen games to come more often. PS: you don’t need a new TV to tell the difference I’m rocking the KS8000 from 2016 and I’m loving the machine, of course along the way you’ll need a TV with a 2.1 HDMI to take full advantage of the Series X and PS5 but wait 1-2 years when they become cheaper and more readily available.

Q: QuestionWhy I can’t pre-order yet?
Asked by Choock.
- A:Answer I have been checking for the past almost 55min refreshing the page and it still says “Coming Soon” - did they open the pre-orders up earlier than the agreed upon time 45 min ago?? If so, and they already sold out, that is very frustrating for the people trying to follow the agreed upon release date and times...
Answered by Aaaa
Q: QuestionWhat is Best Buy doing to prevent bots buying up entire stocks for resellers to enjoy scalped rates? As an individual consumer I need reassurance that where I choose to pre-order doesn't cater to connivery.
Asked by Kevh.
- A:Answer Nothing bots will eat up every website the Xbox released on.....
Answered by Fred
Q: QuestionDid the preorder light even turn on for ANYONE? I mashed refresh from 10:30 to 11:40 and nothing. Meanwhile a kid on twitter said his bot got 62 systems from Best Buy. I think this was sold out within seconds. Bunch of crap!
Asked by Sinjin.
- A:Answer I did, had it in my cart was paying kept getting system issues then was pulled from my cart and was unable to pre order.
Answered by Carlos
Q: QuestionWhen I pre-order the Xbox Series X, is my card going to be charged at the time of the pre-order or when the console ships?
Asked by Corwin117.
- A:Answer According to Best Buy policy, when you place your pre-order they'’ll authorize your form of payment with your bank, which results in a temporary authorization hold. After a few business days, the hold should be automatically released and the funds returned to your account. Shortly before release day as your order begins final processing for shipment or store pickup, we’ll reauthorize your form of payment, resulting in another hold. Once your order ships or becomes ready for store pickup we’ll then collect payment. Please note that pre-orders placed using PayPal are processed differently, and are charged immediately upon placing your pre-order.
Answered by MicrosoftOutreachTeam
Q: QuestionBest Buy should offer their Elite Members the option to buy hot items before others. Why not reward customer loyalty first? Sadly the bots will make my attempt to buy futile as they did with the PS5. Thoughts Best Buy?
Asked by RabidBULLDOG.
- A:Answer I agree, Elite members should have first priority with their membership.
Answered by PMZM
Q: QuestionWhen do pre-orders start for the system and do I have to pay in full for pre-order and can you deliver the system on the day of release to the house? With tracking and signed delivery from UPS or FedEx?
Asked by Bill.
- A:Answer Not sure about the tracking, but the card will be pre authorized but not charged until the day the console ships.

Q: QuestionWhat is the difference between the white console for $299 and the black one for $499?I would want to purchase the right one I imagine my son would enjoy most
Asked by Jaxx.
- A:Answer Get your son the black one cause its faster, more powerful , has more storage, and has 4k if you have a television for him that supports 4k gaming.
