Good product that hides behind pay wall
Orbit system is very good. Gives me fast internet wifi throughout the house where the velop failed. The only thing is that all the features parental control, malware security are behind pay wall.

Do you feel lucky?
I work from home and need a beefier network to be able to reach my office from the modem. I got this so that I could have a mesh setup in my house and I could hardline into a satellite. It worked great... until both satellites could no longer connect to the router. The sad part is that they only give you 90 days of tech support for a nearly $500 system, but at least I was still within that window. Tech support was able to troubleshoot through the satellites and even after a firmware upgrade, the satellites still wouldn't connect. So they are replacing both of the satellites... at a cost. Their product failed on me pretty quickly and yet I am having to pay even more for them to fix it. They will argue that they offer a free exchange option, but that requires you ship the defective unit to them first and wait a couple weeks to get a replacement back. This includes you having to pay to ship it to them, so it's not actually free. They then offer 2 other options, that you have to pay for ($17 and $30), where they will send a new unit along with a shipping label to return the defective unit. Since I am using this for work and I would have to pay for shipping anyways, I decided to go with the $17 option. And remember when I said I have to replace both of my satellites? Well they are charging me $17 per satellite for them to replace their defective product of a $500 system.

Netgear for the win
I had an older Netgear orbi mesh system for four and a half years and it finally went out. I tried other brands but I went back to Netgear because it works the best. In our 2,000 ft house coverage is fantastic. We can game and do 4K TV everywhere without any problems. The only kick is the security software in parental controls you have to pay for which is the standard with pretty much any of them anymore
