It keeps water at a consistent temperature, has a nice regular surface for stickers, and the option to either sip with the straw or by tilting the bottle is a game-changer for someone like me who prefers the straw for myself but also likes to be able to pour and share. So far it has also held up to the leak-proof claim. My only complaint is that its footprint is pretty big, so it doesn't fit the standard cupholder in my car - however since it doesn't leak, just throwing it wherever hadn't been a problem.

Warranty Support Failure

I contacted Owala because their warranty states that they take pride in the quality and design of their products and back each of them with a limited lifetime warranty. Despite their warranty promise, they refused to replace the lid, and instead offered basic suggestions like soaking it in soap and water, using the dishwasher, or trying a magic eraser, none of which resolved the issue. They directed me to their website to purchase a replacement lid, which they are out of stock of every color and style. Overall, the Owala water bottle has left me disappointed as they do not back their product quality and customer satisfaction.

Owala bottle

But other than that, its tough. Easy to travel with, and has a cool handle that makes it easy to carry. And my water tastes cold even at end of my 8 hr shifts.

Initially, the White color drew my attention. It's been very hard; finding a water bottle that is conveniently made for busy people, these days. This is the One!! It has a very sturdy handle and it's not too heavy for carrying with you. And, it truly is spill-proof! What I love the most about this product is it has both options: open-mouth and the straw inside. The straw is my favorite; keeping you from not turning the entire bottle upward..Yessss! I'm sticking with OWALA ❣️
