Great compact, backlit phone with caller ID.
||Posted .Owned for 1.5 years when reviewed.Just good basic phone. The backlit LCD is a nice touch. I also like that they're compact, a dark color and pretty much inconspicuous. No problem with sound and call waiting works. I was just needing a home phone option. These did the trick!

Basic but reliable
||Posted .Owned for 5 months when reviewed. This is basic phone system. I originally thought it had built in message recording system, but I made a mistake. I paired it with VOIP landline system with free voice messaging system and it serves its purpose. Stable and reliable. Very basic, so if you want built in recording, you won't have it with this system. Do your research. Go to the store and review yourself.

REVIEW - PANASONIC KX-TGC-352
||Posted .Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed.Excellent office combination base phone and remote handset. It (they) have a lot of features that I am still learning how to use, but it seems that the features that it does have are wide and varied and probably contain most capabilities that people look for in modern land-line based phone systems. Thanks , Ciro

Panasonic KXTGC352B DECT 6.0 cordless 2.4gHz phone
||Posted .Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. It’s National Panasonic. There isn’t much to talk about. Previous to this procurement, I had the same model for the past 30 years. I had to replace it because it stopped working. National Panasonic is the best and most reliable. Thanks.

Panasonic Quality
||Posted .Owned for 5 months when reviewed.I got these for my Dad who uses a landline still. I've always had success with Panasonic products. The phones are solidly built and work as designed. My senior citizen Dad had had no issues using these phones. I'd recommend to anyone that still maintains a landline.

Q: QuestionI currently have Panasonic model # KX-TG6641- looking for something similar--it is so old now, the buttons to operate are worn out, sound is a little fuzzy-what might I replace it with that is comparable in reliability, ease of use? 2 phones for 2 rooms?
Asked by sheremoo72.
- A:Answer I just bought a Panasonic Model KX-TGC352B DECT 6.0 Expandable Cordless Phone System Black comes with 2 phones It is exactly what you are looking for. It is your Basic Phone it does not have an Answering Machine with it. All it is Is Your Typical BASIC PHONE, Just to Make and Receive Phone calls, like I said comes with 2 phones and does come with the extra charger for the other phone. I think this is exactly what you are looking for.

Q: QuestionI need 2 additional handsets. How can I get them and what are the model #'s for them ?
Asked by HERBIEZ.
- A:Answer Although the Panasonic party line says you should buy KX-TGDA20 handsets in order to expand your system good luck finding them - and if you do they are very expensive.. Best Buy doesn't sell them nor does Am*zon. Your best bet is to buy another KX-TGC352 and do NOT plug the phone line into the base of the new unit.

Q: QuestionEven though there isn't an answering machine, can I still receive voice mail?
Asked by Grandchildren.
- A:Answer Yes, depending on who you go through for phone service.

Q: QuestionI have set the phone to not sound the first ring (MENU #173 - Off). But I still get the 1st ring. Any ideas?
Asked by JackSpratt.
- A:Answer I was able to get this feature to work only after I made a dummy entry into the "Call Block" list. Without that it would not work. With First Ring OFF and using Nomorobo you will get NO rings for robo calls. (Normally Nomorobo blocked calls will generate 1 ring.) Not having any rings for robo calls is great! Panasonic should fix this bug or at least update the manual with this workaround.

Q: QuestionHow is this base powered? Does it need any electric or is it all battery powered?
Asked by Steve.
- A:Answer The base is electric and comes with the power adapter.

Q: QuestionWhat batteries are needed and do they come with phones?
Asked by CCP1.
- A:Answer Rechargeable AAA batteries. Two in each handset and they are included. This is great because if you ever priced out those rechargeable bricks in other phones, they are about $20 each and for that price, you can replace the entire phone set. So, having AAA batteries is welcomed.

Asked by Gg.
- A:Answer The ringer is plenty loud. At least for a normal sized home. I use it in my office and it’s great.
