This season was a very good follow up to the short first season. Leslie Knope, Amy Poehler's character, really emerged as someone the audience could root for. Ron Swanson, aka Nick Offerman, evolved into a much more fully formed character that has become a real standout performance. Chris Pratt's Andy Dwyer was much better utilized as a pairing with Aubrey Plaza's April Ludgate, and really started to have some funnier moments. The introduction of Adam Scott and Rob Lowe's Ben Wyatt and Chris Traeger, respectively, rounds out the cast into the incredible comedy machine it is today.
