Q: Does this vacuum have a plug for a cigarette lighter or 12v car outlet?
A: The Rocket Hand Vac only has a 120V plug that will work with your standard outlet.
Q: Can the pet hair attachment be used on the hose? I'
A: The powered head of the brush would have no electrical connection if attached to the end of the hose. So the answer is no- if attached at the hose the head would not work.
A: It is ok for stairs. Best to use the pointed nozzle or the rolling one.
Q: When will this be available at the Rockville MD Best Buy ?
A: For myself, the best option was to order the Shark through Best Buy online with in-store pickup. Very convenient.
Q: Are the attachments included or do we have to buy them separately
A: We would like to inform you that this vacuum includes a Stretch Hose, Motorized Hand Tool, Dusting Brusj, and 12" Crevice Tool.
Q: Is the attachable nozzle small enough to get between seats and other small places
A: Yes you can get between the seats. I have a small Subaru and had no trouble. But it’s not tiny enough to fit into smaller crevices like change slot etc.
Q: The rotating head has a sliding switch on it. What is that for?
A: To empty the sweeper. It’s so easy
