A: It does amazingly well. I have a pet and my girlfriend with more than moderate hairfall. The machine sucks without wrapping around the corners. I previously had Dyson but this is much better and real value for money, I felt.
A: Look on YouTube. Search reviews for Samsung 90/75. There is a short video labeled “Vacuum Wars” that describes the difference between the two. It was helpful! We are moving from a house with central vac system, so I haven’t bought a vacuum in 20 years. It is overwhelming!
Q: Does it come with one or two batteries? How can you replace the battery?
A: It comes with one battery. If you choose to buy a second battery the wall bracket does allow you to charge a battery not installed in the vacuum. So you can be using the vacuum while the second battery is charging. To install or remove the battery you press two release buttons and it slides into/out of the top of the vacuum.
A: Hi Madi, Yes, you need to remove the battery from the vacuum to recharge it using a desk charger. Have a great day. -John

A: My vacuum does not do this. I recommend contacting Samsung support or referring to the owners manual to see if it’s mentioned.
A: There’s a power cord and it’s only a few feet long.
Q: Would this be able to pick up things like dog food?
A: The motorized head for carpets wouldn’t be able to without snow plowing the bits. However the soft floor head would be able to, albeit only on floors.
