Battery life is way better than my Apple Watch 9. I'm getting almost 3 days on it and I wear it at night even. Notifications are very customized if you want like any other smartwatch. I like the look and feel. Happy for the switch!

I really enjoy the watch, and coming from an apple watch ultra much more enjoyable to type on. However, the calorie tracking on this watch is ridiculous. Most certainly not accurate whatsoever.

I have had a "smart" watch of sorts ever since the very first fitness trackers came out. That evolved to a smarter watch which I replace yearly when the newest model is available. The Google Pixel Watch 5 series took me a little bit of time to get used to as I have been using the *other* major smartwatch with my iPhone for many years. My first impression of this watch -- the 45mm version -- was the traditional shape and feel of a watch. I like the rounded form much better than the square form factor of other smart watches. Setup was a breeze with my Pixel 10. Took less than 30 minutes to link, set up, update software, etc. The display is nothing short of amazing. Google's ability to make such an amazing display in such a small device is really something worth noting. The watch seems to be mostly health-focused with claims that it can accurately measure blood pressure, heart health metrics, and even an emergency auto-dial 911 if the watch senses a loss of heartbeat. This watch is Wi-Fi only which I find to be a downfall as I prefer NOT carrying my phone when going on a walk, run, bike ride, etc. My other brand smart watch has cellular connectivity so I don't need my phone with me. Google's AI Assistant (Gemini) is much, much smarter than other rival smart watch assistants. The raise to talk feature is, I would say, 99% successful -- something I have trouble with at times with other smart watches. The integration of all the Google apps and all Google knows about you is also impressive for fact-finding questions. Calling and texting on the watch proved to be problematic for me -- but I think that was mostly user error. The watch is faster than I am used to and it picks up background sounds/voices more than desirable. But, the functionality is there and works reasonably well. The finger double pinch works perfectly all the time. Overall, this is a great smart watch. I prefer my other brand just based on familiarity and the cellular connectivity which I believe is available on the 5-Series Google Watch for a little more money. So, if you are a Pixel Fan -- phone and watch -- this is a great device for a reasonable price, especially compared to the top-end watches of other manufacturers. I would highly recommend this for a Google Pixel/Android user.

If you're pairing it with a Pixel phone, the integration is effortless. It delivers exactly what a daily smartwatch should without getting in the way.
