SynopsisDue to severe overpopulation, Earth's surface is covered with towering megacities. There are buildings growing ever upward, connected through a thick web of roads and service channels. Descending through the echelons, conditions steadily decline to slum level and worse, revealing an underworld occupied by criminals, the wretched and deranged.Enter the UPA (Urban Protection Agency), an elite force trained to deal with serious disturbances in the city. Players control a team of four UPA members sent to investigate problems at the "Real Meat" factory where all of the equipment has started to simultaneously malfunction. Technicians, previously sent to repair the machinery, have gone missing without explanation. Here begins the trail into the sinister underworlds of Project Eden.
