Return the unit and hopefully you bought an extended warranty. These units have brain locks frequently. Given the numbers of problems I also recommend you check out small claims action where you live. Many states have consumer friendly systems which will allow you to include damages for your lost time and efforts forcing Sony to do the right thing.
