“Where is the Owner's Manual? I know this is kind of a DUH question for this type of product but your website indicates an Owner's Manual is included. We never got one. And where should we put the apostrophe?”

I don't believe an actual owner's manual came with the product itself. The only items that were included was a folded Limited Warranty disclosure and a small "safety precautions" insert.

Please try again later.Mine did not have a manual either, not sure if any surgeprotectors do (I don't think my old one -different brand- had one either) but if you go to: http://www.insigniaproducts.com/products/home-office/NS-WP4011-WH.html?supportTab=open or just: http://www.insigniaproducts.com/support.html you can find manuals for alot of their products. For the surgeprotector there was only a downloadable warranty PDF but a separate tab has all the specific info.
