In my experience, that means either it isn’t paired, or is to far away or obstructed to connect. I had that problem setting up and finally figured out that I had to put the receiver on top of my side table with basically a direct line of site with no obstructions. It’s not the prettiest and I can’t hid it behind something. But I’ve learned to deal with it.
