A:AnswerSome similarities some dis-similarities. The NEO. has full fledged MAC-OS and no touch screen. The iPad has the mobile OS and a touchscreen. If you want to just do emails and surf the net and browse socials and video content then the iPad is great. But you would need to buy the iPad and a keyboard. The Neo is a laptop and works like a computer. So it's better for spreadsheet, word processing, presentations etc for most. And still able to do what the iPad can do just without a touch screen.
