• Came with Windows 10 (at least by Dec. 2017 it did) but natively it only has 4GB of memory, which is not really enough for a decent Windows 10 experience. It shouldn't be packaged this way; make sure you understand how to upgrade to 8GB before you buy this. That upgrade will be easy for some people, but I'm having a heck of a time confirming the exact compatible memory card to buy, or how to open the cover on the laptop. Feels like there are extra screws I'm not seeing, and I'm afraid to break it :) Actually I can't even tell if the machine will support 8GB, or perhaps up to 16GB (I've seen contradictory posts out there, supporting both claims.) Hope to resolve and post back in the near future. Not fun to be spending extra research time after buying a new product, even if it is admittedly a discount product.
