This computer may be able to install and run Sims 4 however it would be not be the experience you would likely want with the game as the load times, FPS and quality of appearance would be low. I would recommend looking at a desktop or laptop computer win atleast an Intel i5 or an AMD Ryzen 5 with 8GB of RAM.
