I would not recommend it.. most computers when set with an OS have all the components certified to work with the operating system it comes with. Downgrading could cause some components to not work , I don't see a need to .. If you prefer the "FEEL" of windows 7/vista/95 where the start button brings you to program/settings etc... Download and install "classic shell" it set the machine to work like older windows version . www.classicshell.net. I have been using it for years.. free, no ads, makes it a lot easier to navigate.
