The laptop is my daughter,she love it, for her homework, it just perfect

Definitely an upgrade from my previous laptop. Everything about is fast & the price was reasonable as well, especially for people like myself who aren't the biggest tech people around.

Research from online and professional friends lead me to purchase this for my middle schooler for homework. Lightweight, fast and lots of memory.

Although I originally wanted a touch screen laptop and the wrong one was ordered, I still really love this laptop. It’s such a life saver for me and so much faster than my older one. It’s lightweight and easily fits in my backpack. I use it daily and have never had any issues with it so far.

When I bought this laptop the ad said it had a backlit keyboard. I made three phone calls to best buy and the sales person told me what to do to get the light on.( three different sales people, three different answers). Finally I called an HP representative and they said that model did not have a backlit keyboard. The ad has the wrong specs. I wasn't too happy. I bought the laptop for my grandson and he wanted a lighted backboard. He decided to keep it anyway because he had it all setup.

I had an HP Envy laptop for a few years which worked perfectly for my needs. Unfortunately, the screen became damaged the computer cost more to repair than what it was worth. Since I needed a replacement ASAP, I started reviewing laptops. For the speed, memory, brand, and features such as DVD drive, webcam, etc - this was the best value. PROS: Very light weight, large hard-drive size, quality processor, nicely designed, large screen size, good battery life, and 10-key numeric pad. CONS: Audio. I feel it is very low. However, I am comparing this laptop to my old laptop which had Beats Audio so it is not apples to apples. Internet speed. Sometimes it seems a bit sluggish but that may be due to my internet connection and not the computer itself. Overall, the laptop works great. The only let down really has been the audio. I could have spent more money for more quality audio but honestly, you have to consider your use of the laptop. I primarily use my laptop for work (healthcare) and some personal surfing. If you're someone who constantly plays music from your laptop or movies, you may want to consider spending more for better audio.

I ordered this computer as a replacement for my son. He loves it! For what he needed, it worked. Spied snd cspability were on target!

Bought this for a friend and he is happy with the performance so far, the processing with 8Gb memory is good and as expected

The employees and myself at the hospital where we work purchase this laptop for our director. He was absolutely thrilled, it is very fast and will be perfect for his doctorate work.

From my research, I knew I was either going to be spending 500 or well over 1000. I am a traveling contractor and really needed something fast and contemporary, but not really with all the expensive toys. I saw this on sale and it turned out to be exactly what I needed. It's light, starts up and shuts down fast, has a lot of storage space, and has enough battery for a 2 hour meeting.

Good Working and worth for cost. And surly will recommend for friends

This laptop has so far been very useful. The keyboard is the only part I do not like. The keys are spaced too far apart and there is not enough of a depression when pressed. Otherwise it functions great! Tons of storage!

I love my HP Laptop. It is fast and easy to use. I use it at home and on trips. This Hp Laptop is very reliable. So much better than my previous Laptop. I highly recommend this product.

This laptop is good for the basics. If you are just looking for something to browse the web, play plug-in flash games, or work on school or work documents, this laptop will give you minimal interference. 1x8gb RAM and a very fast dual-core processor will ensure rapid response from your system. However, despite the speedy i5 7200u processor, the entire system is limited by the very, very cheap graphics card. Equipped with an HD 620, this system lacks the capacity to render any newly released game, and runs at less than half the capacity of a high-end NVIDIA GeForce GTX 560. This is particularly frustrating because all other system specs are bottlenecked by the cheap graphics card. Overall- this computer runs like it is at least 5 years old. Not worth the purchase, because a new graphics card would cost more than to just buy a higher-tier PC.

I bought this laptop on sale and it's a great value for the price. Speedy processor and lightweight, great for the student or for work for the on the go professional.

I bought this laptop used because my old one finally died on me. For the price it’s very good, I mainly use it for school assignments and casual gaming and I have no complaints. It runs Photoshop with no problem and the battery life is decent. The only thing is that the speakers can sound a bit tinny at max volume sometimes. Overall I’m very pleased with it.

Wanted to upgrade a 7 year old computer. This one was the most similar to our old HP Pro Book. Keys were more similar which was important to aging wife who would yell and scream at the old computer as it got very slow. This one is doing better

Great laptop for the speed memory and price. However the look and design of the laptop was cheaply made. If your looking for a great laptop with sleek designs that meet your ergonomic needs this is not the laptop for you. There is also a lot of preprogrammed software that prolonged the setup time. Overall a great laptop that gives you the opportunity to multi task without slowing you down.
