Hello Best Buy customer Anonymous and thank you for asking this question as an answer will help a lot of other Windows 10 OS users in their efforts to communicate in more enhanced ways via the Internet. To answer your question I did a GOOGLE search for the term => How to download GroupMe app on Windows 10. I came across a couple of entries that got my attention and here are their titles => (1) Get GroupMe-Microsoft Store and (2) You can now install GroupMe on your Windows 10 PC | Windows.... During my brief review of the written description of this Microsoft app I read that GroupMe is referred to as the free and simple way to stay in touch with friends and family, quickly and easily. I took a "screenshot" of the download page and I have posted it below for you. You've also inquired about being able to do screenshots and the way I do it is to hold down the Microsoft "flag" button on the keyboard located near the bottom/left to the right of the "CTL" (i.e., control) button and then click onto the PrtScn (i.e., Print Screen) button. You will most probably be able to go into file explorer (i.e., documents) and find that stored image in the "pictures" category.
