Also, Optane mainly increases the speed of HDD computers. This computer comes with an SSD so there would be little reason to add Optane.

A:AnswerI just got the same laptop today with no sound. what I had to do was uninstall all audio drivers from the ADD/REMOVE Program and then go to Realtek.com to download the latest drivers. took a few tries of restarting and installing the drivers and uninstalling but finally got it working.
