“screen froze during initial set up... tried re booting... no response. Any advice? Brand new.”

• Return it asap. Don't bother stressing yourself out, something's definitely wrong when at startup it doesn't load the operating system

• Return it, ASAP. Don't stress yourself out, when I work on computers that don't start up right, I return them, as something could be bad with the ram, hard drive or connectivity.
