Depends on what all you connect to it, obviously the more you connect the faster it dies. I have a 43" TV, an Xbox Series X and a sound bar connected to it and I think it would last long enough to finish a round and safely shut everything off and have enough to keep like your phone charged.

When the UPS transfer to battery at full load it could last up to 4mins estimated. The runtime when on battery actually depends on the load that is connected to the UPS.
