A:Answer Thank you for reaching out. You should not have this issue with your computers but I would wonder what you typically use the computer for. This computer, for instance, is a Pentium Silver which is typically best for web browsing and light work. If you are doing a lot of HD video watching or anything like playing games, etc... then the computer and the integrated graphics have to do a lot more work to perform for you. This means a lot of heat is generated and the fans would have to kick on high. Likewise if the computer has not been cleaned (compressed air) you can get a build up of dust in the computer which also effects the cooling. Lastly you could have a build up of programs running at start up which would also cause some issues with heat. If you get a model and believe you are having an issue I would reach out directly to the HP support team for advice.
