If you have an actual hardware problem, you would probably have to pay any shipping charges involved in using the warranty. (I don't know this for a fact. It is my educated guess.) However, if you have a problem that is related to software or updates, you would be able to take advantage of the telephone, or online, customer service. For example, the back-lighting on my keyboard wasn't working. It turned out that the problem could be solved with a software update. This was handled online, simply and efficiently, by the Asus customer service. There shouldn't be any reason that you wouldn't receive the same level of service while sitting at your desk in Israel. BTW, you can download Hebrew language support for Windows 10 from Microsoft. But you might need to printout the keyboard layout as a reference. I use the illustration from this Wikipedia article, when I want to type in Hebrew. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Hebrew_keyboard I hope that this helps!
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.
