If you mean if it has an ethernet cable plug in, no, it does not. It has 2 USB-C connections, one of which is connected to the power supply. The laptop also comes with an adapter that provides HDMI, USB-C, and USB port.

Not directly but you can purchase an adapter or a hub/dock with LAN port and then connect it through it.

It does not include an Ethernet port. But, you can buy a USB C Ethernet adapter for around $15.
