• Yes, you can do this with Windows 10 Wireless Settings. You need to have a Smart TV that can receive a wireless signal or have the Wireless HDMI dongle connected to your TV.

• Yes it can. Like all Windows 10 computers it can connect to some Smart TV wirelessly through a router. The TV must have a similar function though
