QuestionOnly had this laptop for a month. I've gotten a black screen twice (first time after turning it on and working on it for 2 hours). And it's incredibly slow? Why would a laptop like this one be slow. I've barely used and have hardly any applications on it

QuestionHow good is the speaker volume? My current ASUS laptop is 3 years old and volume with Windows was always very low even when the settings for sound control are at the max.

- Answer The speaker volume is ten times better than my 2 year old HP Envy. I can watch my school videos while my TV is playing in the background and my 2 year old is running around like a crazy baby and still hear whats going on on my computer screen.

- Answer The battery is internal. I would imagine it's replaceable, but you'll need some special screwdrivers (it's either a T4 or T5 torx driver) to open the case.
