• I take thousands of photos a week mostly action shots. I use the Cannon editors. Never have a problem. Like the resolution.

• It will handle those programs. The biggest drawback of this machine is that the processor is only dual core, not quad core, so it may take more time to render the images. The integrated graphics shouldn't be a problem, as discrete graphics chips are more useful for animation (e.g. gaming). The 12GB memory should be fine, and it can always be upgraded to 16GB.
