• A:Answer Doubtful... Currently the only way to get a discrete gfx card (the NVIDIA GEForce 940MX) is to customize on the HP website, and I highly doubt the demand would be strong enough to make that a standard configuration for the store. I just found some video card benchmarks online to compare the integrated Intel HD Graphics 620 video card (in the store units) with this only choice for discrete card, the GEForce 940MX. After considering the so-so improvement from all the various tests, in my opinion it was not worth the extra $180 for the NVIDIA 940MX.

• A:Answer This would have to do with the manufacturers. Best Buy has no option to lower the memory or HDD space. You would have to contact HP for this. As for HP's customer service, I've never had an issue. I'm literally using this laptop to write this and I love it for the 4 months I've had it.
