A:AnswerIt sounds like to me that’s not accidental. It sounds like you’re not being cautious enough with an expensive item like that. so based on your question, I would have to say no
A:AnswerYes. My son dropped his Oculus and it broke while playing on it. We also had insurance. We took it in and had it looked at. They were not able to fix it, but they did refund me the full amount and I was able to purchase another one for him, with more storage. He was super happy.
A:AnswerIt means the camera facing the person wearing it is broken so if you have the 2 year protection just return it but if you don't you will probably have to get a new one.
A:AnswerIt should replace it or send it off for repairs within the repair division if the issue is deemed fixable when you bring it in to the store for consultation. but no you cant upgrade the item. You would get store credit equal to what you paid/the cost of the item you had coverage on. But only if jts a total obvious loss. If sent off for repair it can take a month or more. If deemed unrepairable after being sent off youll be asked to return to the store and recieve your store credit equal to the current value of the item. You could use the credit towards anything youd like and the protection plan doesnt carry over to the new item.
A:AnswerNOTHING. ... restart your internet modem, or restart your oculus headset... that worked for me... that is not considered or doesnt warrant a replacement. BEST BUY DOES NOT REPAIR ANY METAQUEST DEVICE. they replace them if you purchase the warranty... good luck sweetie
