QuestionI bought a Fossil Q Venture, Gen. 2 with this plan but I saw that the website says they no longer sell the product. Does this mean I wouldn't be able to get a replacement of the same model if I wanted to use the plan to replace it? It's scratched up now.

- Answer This is a tricky problem, because a lot of protection plans don't cover items "lost or stolen", but the reason for the loss of the item was a defect in the item. I would contact Best Buy directly to attempt to resolve the issue.
