• I've returned multiple items at my Best Buy without receipt. They just need the account you purchased the item on to find your 2 year warranty.

• Well if you have a Best buy accout it makes things easier to find the purchase for the associate. If the two year warranty is with BB/GS you should have just a little issue finding the purchase but they should be able to find it.
