“The feet are too far apart to put the TV on the cable box. Is there a center-mounting pedestal base available for the NS-24D310NA17? I see a center mounting position with screw holes on the bottom of the unit. I don't want to use a wall-mount.”

I don't know about the screw holes but if it were I, I'd put a decent-looking piece of wood (like shelving) across the top of the cable box, and place the TV on the wood.
